Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident engaging ALS Consulting. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

Cancellation Windows

Before work begins

Full Refund

Cancel before our team begins analysis and receive a 100% refund. No questions asked.

Within 48 hours

Full Refund

Cancel within 48 hours of payment, even if work has begun, for a full refund.

After work begins

50% Refund

If analysis is underway and more than 48 hours have passed, a 50% refund is available.

After delivery

No Refund

Once the certified findings report has been delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.

Eligible Reasons for Refund

In addition to the cancellation windows above, we will issue a full refund if:

We are unable to complete the audit due to insufficient or unprocessable data (and the issue is not correctable)
We fail to deliver within the agreed turnaround window and you choose not to proceed
A technical error on our part prevents delivery of the report

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

Sales tax collected on behalf of applicable jurisdictions
Expedited processing fees once priority scheduling has been applied
Add-on services that have been fully delivered (e.g., discovery calls, debrief calls)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at algorithmicbiasaudits@gmail.com with your company name, contact email used during intake, and the reason for the request.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
